I eat pretty clean to begin with. Being very into my health and maintaining a fitness level makes you just feel so much more alive in your daily life. Recently, I have really fallen off the wagon and slipped in to a "ho-hum" and over processed food lifestyle.
It has to stop.
I have slowed to a point of almost never wanting to work out or do really anything besides sleep or scroll through facebook. What a life. Sigh.
Step one? Planning. I have been doing a lot of research on other blogs as well as pinterest for different ways to make this not only good for me and the littles, but also affordable.
Currently I am a SAHM and it's summer time with a 3 and 7 year old home all day so it's time to break this down into 5 lists.
Breakfast
Lunch
Dinner
Snacks
Drinks
I shop for an entire month at a time. It helps me to not have to run to the store with two little ones each week and also stops the unneeded impulse buying. I am going to break it down by week on here however. It just translates into blog form a little better that way, haha.
